eHow, My Change, and Other Rambles

I am thinking about writing for the website eHow.com. I first came across it when I was searching what exactly a dietitian does and how you become one. I thought maybe that is one of my career paths I am suppose to embark on since I am counting carbs like crazy and my whole life I have been dealing with what my family calls it, "an eating disorder". I can't stand certain textures, smells, or even the sight of some foods. My counselor I went and saw a couple years ago said it's apart of Asperger's Syndrome (which I was diagnosed with back in 2006). I figure maybe I am here to help those who have the same problems as I do with food find a healthy medium to eating what they like and how they can overcome what I am overcoming. But anyway, I will write more on that one later. I then came across eHow again after checking out a woman name Lauralyn who is an angel intuitive. She posted on her website she had articles on eHow so I clicked her link and decided to check them out. I have a couple questions about eHow and well, I am receiving a reading from Lauralyn next Tuesday evening, which I am psyched about (no pun intended) I can probably ask her during my session as I know something will come up about my writing (as that always comes up in all readings I get).

My change is going good. I am just having a hard time trying other fruits and eating veggies. But...I have lost 5lbs. so far and the dietitian wants me to lose I think (I have to read the goal sheet again) 16-30lbs. However, I want to lose between 60-100lbs. I have been riding the stationary bike once a day for 10 minutes. I am going to start riding it 3 times a day for 10 minutes as she wants me to work out for 30 minutes 5 days a week.

The web site's change, however, is taking longer, and that's because of my slacking and well, I am ordering myself a new desktop computer as my current desktop computer is very slow and is 5 years old. I have the website files on my laptop, but I don't want to clutter my laptop with graphics that I need for my website. I installed photoshop reluctantly on my laptop as I needed to design a new logo and I just couldn't take the fairytale font that I have on there right now when I was creating the new look. New and old does not mix when you're doing websites! I really need to quit slacking off and work on this in the evening after my exercise.

I also need to write up about my experience at the Cosmic Connection Convention!! Arg...I think I shall start a schedule as I do need to be on one. And maybe I will accomplish more. I still have some free readings to do for a couple of friends that requested them back in October! Blah...at least I know what to do.

I am getting a reading from Lauralyn next Tuesday evening because I miss my cat Friske so much. I didn't get to be home when my parents buried her in our backyard under her favorite bush she loved sitting under. And I feel like I never got to say good-bye. She comes to me in my dreams and hugs me but doesn't visit. I found Lauralyn through that WE show "The Secret Lives of Women" and they had one on psychics. They had a voo-doo psychic medium who works with cold cases, a paranormal investigator, Lauralyn who is an angel intuitive and Angel Therapist(R), and a pet psychic (but she doesn't work with deceased animals...but she's cheap and I may have to get a reading from her and see how Nikki, my dog, is doing, and maybe she can be my mentor as I have wanted to be a pet psychic and I have always connected with my animals). I've learned also Lauralyn is an indigo as well and she's around my sister's age so I feel like I've found a big sister in her as I'm an aspiring reader and just learning so much about myself. But I am looking forward to this reading :)

Good luck to you with eHow. My friend Maria is making a fortune there, she wrote an ebook about it and now I am hooked, too. So far this month, I've written three a day for eHow. Your story is interesting, though. I have to ask. What brings you joy? It's OK if it's alot of things. Do those things that bring you joy & don't let the idea that you're "supposed to be doing" one thing, or something else get in the way. It's good to be open, follow your bliss. Here's Maria's Ebook- I hope it helps. Have a great reading.

Yes good luck to you with the e-How as well as these endeavors that you wish to undertake. Trust your own abilities enough to know that I bet you are already more "ready" and able to do this psychic work on your own. Still, I guess a bit of mentoring never hurts eh? :)

I think that's very cool that your cat comes and hugs you in your dreams... how sweet.

Are Indigos all a certain age group? Or how does one really know if they might be one?
